We are looking for a visionary, forward thinking, results oriented Education Leader who has been successful in leading the transformation of the Education experience of employees throughout the employee life cycle!

In this role you will lead a network wide employee education program to include onboarding, training, regulatory and development. With your team of almost 40 Education Consultants you will serve over 11,200 employees across the greater St. Louis metropolitan area in our hospitals, clinics and business offices.
